How to find out the size of Personal Folders:

Right-click the Personal Folders and choose "Properties for Personal Folders".

Click Folder Size

Here you can see the sizes of particular folders and find out which one takes the largest amount of space. People often do not delete messages in "Deleted Items" and then wonder how much space the pst files take up on the disk.

If you take one step back, you will see another important button: "Advanced".

After clicking on the button, you can increase the security by setting up a password or compress the folder which optimizes the file structure and reduces the size.
