How to display and setup the frequency for nVidia graphic cards?

Open this key: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NVIDIA Corporation\Global\NVTweak" and create a new DWORD value entitled CoolBits, give it a value of 3. This adds the panel for chip and memory frequency setup to the Advanced settings.
